This beautiful thatched farmhouse in classic style is truly something special – full of character, space, and carefully renovated with respect for its history. Set in peaceful, natural surroundings, it offers a comfortable and welcoming stay with the sea, Båstad, and all that the Bjäre Peninsula has to offer close by.

The house is spacious with generous common areas and a lovely kitchen featuring high ceilings, a kitchen island, and full-size fridge and freezer – ideal for cooking and enjoying meals together. There are four bedrooms with a total of eight beds: two double bedrooms on the ground floor (one with an ensuite bathroom), and upstairs, one double bedroom and a room with four single beds. Three bathrooms (two downstairs and one upstairs) and a large laundry room make the house practical even for longer stays.

From the garden, you have a view over the apple orchards down towards the sea. The sheltered inner courtyard is perfect for summer evenings, with outdoor furniture and a grill. There is also ample parking space for several cars.

Paulins pier, a lovely spot for swimming, is about a 10-minute walk away, and the scenic path along the water takes you into the heart of Båstad in around 20 minutes. There you’ll find shops, restaurants, tennis courts, and a vibrant beach town atmosphere.
